Verification of Reemployment Assistance Benefit Eligibility: Revises circumstances under which Department of Commerce disqualifies claimants from benefits; requires department to verify claimants' identities before paying benefits; requires department to cross-check information; requires department to maintain web page & e-mail address for specified purpose & to notify employers each year of web page & e-mail address; requires department's job-matching information system to contain certain elements. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
