Restricted Prescription Drug Distributors; Exempting certain persons who engage in the receipt or distribution of prescription drugs for the sole purpose of processing the drugs’ destruction from specified inventory and vehicle security requirements; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to adopt less stringent rules for certain persons who engage in the receipt or distribution of prescription drugs for the sole purpose of processing the drugs’ destruction, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
