Condominiums Within a Portion of a Building or Within a Multiple Parcel Building: Provides condominium may be created within portion of building or multiple parcel building; provides for common elements of such condominium; provides requirements for declaration of condominium; authorizes association to inspect and copy books & records & receive annual budget; requires specified statements & disclosures to purchasers of condominium units; provides multiple parcel building is not subdivision of land if land is not subdivided. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
