Summary
Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes; Transferring the division to the Department of Legal Affairs by a type two transfer on a date certain; requiring the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Department of Legal Affairs to enter into a memorandum of agreement by a date certain; requiring the Department of Legal Affairs to develop rules and procedures for resolving certain disputes to include all possible means of alternative dispute resolution, etc. Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act and except for this section, which shall take effect July 1, 2024, this act shall take effect July 1, 2025
