Summary
Homeowners' Associations: Provides requirements for community association managers & firms; provides & revises requirements for association's official records; requires association to assist in law enforcement investigation; requires associations to prepare audited financial statements; prohibits use of certain debit cards; revises requirements for director education; provides criminal penalties for actions by officer, director, or manager of association; requires standards be applied & enforced reasonably & equitably; requires written notice to parcel owners; authorizes consent to online voting electronically. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
