Summary
Aviation; Beginning on a specified date, requiring the owner or lessee of a proposed vertiport to comply with a specified provision in obtaining certain approval and license or registration; requiring the Department of Transportation to conduct a final physical inspection of the vertiport to ensure compliance with specified requirements; providing duties of the department, within specified resources, with respect to vertiports, advanced air mobility, and other advances in aviation technology, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
