Summary
Sexual Misconduct Information in Public K-20 Education; Requiring district school boards to provide certain information relating to Title IX and sexual misconduct complaints to parents, students, and school employees; requiring Florida College System institutions and state universities to create a sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking policy; providing requirements for such policy; requiring Florida College System institutions and state universities to create and implement a comprehensive prevention and outreach program on sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, and stalking, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
