Location of Medical Marijuana Centers, Retail Vape Shops, and On-premises Consumption of Alcohol: Revises authorized distance between location of certain medical marijuana treatment centers & specified religious or educational institutions upon specified date; specifies authorized distance between location of retail vape shops & specified religious or educational institutions upon specified date; revises authorized distance between location of businesses that allow on-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages & specified religious or educational institutions upon specified date; removes local governments' ability to approve such location for specified purposes. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
