Estoppel Certificates: Requires community association to annually establish authority to charge fee for preparation & delivery of estoppel certificate; prohibits association from directly or indirectly charging fees that are not authorized by law for estoppel certificate; specifies methods for paying fee for preparation & delivery of estoppel certificate. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
