Management and Storage of Surface Waters; Providing an exemption from surface water management and storage regulations for the implementation of certain measures and practices for environmental restoration, enhancement, and creation activities and water quality improvements on specified agricultural and government-owned lands; deleting requirements relating to adverse impacts on water resources, certain notification by the department and water management districts, and commencement of activities, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
