Restorative Justice: Revises intent of specified provisions; requires DOC to develop & implement training programs for eligible inmates which include training about restorative justice; revises guideline for providing information concerning services available to victims of crime to include restorative justice; defines "restorative justice.” Effective Date: July 1, 2024
