Mental Health Professionals: Reclassifies intern registrations as associate registrations for professions of clinical social work, marriage & family therapy, & mental health counseling; removes requirement that licensed mental health professional be present on premises when registered associates, formerly classified as registered interns, are providing clinical services in private practice setting. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
