Autonomous Practice by Advanced Practice Registered Nurses; Exempting certain certified advanced practice registered nurses from specified medical direction requirements for clinical privileges in hospitals; revising the functions that certain certified registered nurse anesthetists may perform without an established protocol; revising the scope of autonomous practice for certain advanced practice registered nurses; providing for the future expiration of the Council on Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Autonomous Practice, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2024
