United States-produced Iron and Steel in Public Works Projects: Requires governmental entities to include requirement in certain contracts that certain iron or steel products must be produced in United States; provides exceptions; authorizes use of foreign steel & iron materials in certain circumstances; requires DMS & DOT to adopt rules. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
