Domestic Violence Investigations: Requires law enforcement officers to complete lethality assessment form when investigating alleged incidents of domestic violence; provides requirements for completing form; requires FDLE to approve statewide lethality assessment form; provides requirements for form; requires department to consult with specified entities on policies, procedures, & training necessary to implement use of form; provides minimum requirements for such policies, procedures, & training; prohibits law enforcement officers from completing lethality assessment form if they have not received certain training. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
