Pharmacy: Authorizes registered pharmacy technicians to dispense medicinal drugs under certain circumstances; defines terms “supervising pharmacist” & “supervising pharmacy”; provides requirements for remote-site pharmacies; exempts registered pharmacists serving as prescription department managers for remote-site pharmacies from certain practice limitations. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
