Summary
Building Construction Regulations and System Warranties: Provides specified effective date for provisions relating to HVAC manufacturer's warranty transfers; prohibits HVAC manufacturer's warranties from being conditioned upon product registration; provides effective date for certain HVAC systems & components warranties under specified circumstance; provides required information for warranty & product registration cards & forms; prohibits HVAC systems & components warranties from being conditioned upon product registration. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
