Public Meetings and Workshops for Regional Advisory Committees: Authorizes certain regional advisory committees to conduct public meetings & workshops by means of communications media technology; provides that advisory committee member who participates in public meeting or workshop using such technology is deemed present; provides requirements for use of communications media technology; provides notice requirements for such meetings & workshops. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
