Conditions of Pretrial Release: Provides requirements concerning release of defendant when secure continuous remote alcohol monitor is required as condition of release; prohibits defendant from being required to surrender license to carry concealed weapon or concealed firearm in conjunction with first misdemeanor offense except in certain circumstances. Effective Date: July 1, 2024
