Termination of Pregnancies; Clarifying that certain penalties relating to the unlawful termination of a pregnancy do not apply to the pregnant woman who terminates the pregnancy, etc. Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law
