Summary
Biomedical Research: Expanding the uses of the Biomedical Research Trust Fund; authorizing a specified amount from the total appropriated funds for the Casey DeSantis Cancer Research Program to be distributed to participating cancer centers; requiring a report for specified statewide cancer statistics to include breast cancer; removing a certain award of an endowment for a specified program. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
