Registrations and Transfers of Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning System Manufacturer Warranties: Requires manufacturer warranty for HVAC system to run with property; provides that warrantor continues to be obligated under terms of manufacturer warranty agreement for warranty transferred to new owner & may not charge transfer fee; provides that transfer of warranty to new owner does not extend warranty; provides warranty is deemed registered if contractor meets certain requirements. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
