HIV Infection Prevention Drugs: Authorizes certain licensed pharmacists to screen for HIV exposure & order & dispense HIV infection prevention drugs in accordance with certain written supervisory protocol or statewide drug therapy protocol; requires Board of Pharmacy, in consultation with Board of Medicine & Board of Osteopathic Medicine, to adopt rules & develop certain statewide drug therapy protocol. Effective Date: July 1, 2023
