HB 785 Coverage for Skin Cancer Screenings (2023 Session)
Coverage for Skin Cancer Screenings: Requires individual health insurance policies; group, blanket, & franchise health insurance policies; & health maintenance contracts to provide coverage & payment for annual skin cancer screenings performed by licensed dermatologist without imposing any cost-sharing requirement; specifies requirement for & restriction on payments for such screenings. Effective Date: This act shall take effect July 1, 2023.
