Mental Health Professionals; Reclassifying intern registrations as associate licenses for the professions of clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, and mental health counseling; revising qualification requirements for experts appointed in certain criminal proceedings related to the mental condition of a defendant; revising the purposes for which certain funds awarded under the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program may be used, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2023
