Summary
Prescription Drug Coverage; Authorizing the Office of Insurance Regulation to examine pharmacy benefit managers; providing a penalty for failure to register as a pharmacy benefit manager under certain circumstances; revising the entities conducting pharmacy audits to which certain requirements and restrictions apply; providing that health insurers and health maintenance organizations that transfer a certain payment obligation to pharmacy benefit managers remain responsible for specified violations, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2022
