Affordable Housing: Provides tax credit against corporate income taxes to landlords who lease or sell dwelling units under specified conditions to college students & recent college graduates; specifies maximum amount of tax credit available in any one year; prohibits landlords from transferring tax credits except under specified conditions; authorizes DOR to adopt rules & coordinate with Shimberg Center for Affordable Housing; requires Shimberg Center for Affordable Housing to determine certain affordable housing rental needs for certain purposes. Effective Date: July 1, 2022
