Public Schools; Authorizing public schools in this state to enroll a student who meets certain attendance criteria on a part-time basis, subject to space and availability; providing for full-time equivalent student membership; authorizing funds awarded under the Family Empowerment Scholarship Program to be used for contracted services provided by a public school or school district, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2022
