Summary
Photographic Enforcement of School Bus Safety; Defining the terms “school bus” and “side stop signal arm enforcement system”; authorizing school districts to install and operate side stop signal arm enforcement systems on school buses; requiring school districts to enter into interlocal agreements with certain law enforcement agencies for certain purposes; providing that recorded images evidencing a violation of the act are admissible in any judicial or administrative proceeding for a certain purpose; specifying requirements of and prohibitions on the use of recorded video and still images captured by the side stop signal arm enforcement system, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2022
