HB 1219 Hospital, Hospital System, or Provider Organization Transactions (2021 Session)
Hospital, Hospital System, or Provider Organization Transactions: Requires certain entities to submit written notice of specified filing to AG Office relating to hospital, hospital system, or provider organization transactions within specified timeframe; provides requirements for such notice; authorizes AG Office to request additional information or issue civil investigative demand; requires AG Office to submit biennial report to Legislature; provides civil penalty; provides that such penalty be deposited into specified trust fund. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
