Optometry: Revises member composition requirements for Board of Optometry; revises circumstances under which certified optometrist may administer or prescribe ocular pharmaceutical agents; requires board to adopt negative formulary of ocular pharmaceutical agents certified optometrists are prohibited from administering or prescribing; authorizes certified optometrists to perform laser & non-laser ophthalmic procedures & therapies; requires board to determine required content, grading criteria, & passing score for licensure examination for certified optometrists; authorizes certified optometrists to remove superficial foreign bodies. Effective Date: July 1, 2021
