Discrimination in Labor and Employment: Creates "Senator Helen Gordon Davis Fair Pay Protection Act"; prohibits employer from providing less favorable employment opportunities to employees based on sex, with exceptions; provides civil penalties & exemption; prohibits employer from taking certain employment actions against employees, engaging in certain activities relating to employee wages & benefits, & requiring employees to sign certain waivers & documents; authorizes employer to confirm wage or salary history under certain conditions. Effective Date: July 1, 2018
