SB 140 Marriage Licenses (2018 Session)
Marriage Licenses; Providing that a marriage license may not be issued to a person under the age of 18 years; requiring each party to a marriage to provide his or her social security number or an alien registration number for purposes of child support enforcement; providing that the effective date of a marriage license must be delayed by 3 days if the parties to the marriage have not submitted valid certificates of completion of a premarital preparation course, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2018
