Summary
Medicinal Cannabis Research and Education; Citing this act as the “Medicinal Cannabis Research and Education Act"; establishing the Coalition for Medicinal Cannabis Research and Education within the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc.; establishing the Medicinal Cannabis Research and Education Board to direct the operations of the coalition; requiring the board to advise specified entities and officials regarding medicinal cannabis research and education in this state; specifying responsibilities of the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, Inc., etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
