HB 1155 Child Safety (2017 Session)
Child Safety: Requires district school boards, nonpublic schools, or specified child care facilities to adopt specified policies; requires person to present picture identification before retrieving a student from such school or facility under certain circumstances; requires district school boards to provide policies to DOE; requires nonpublic school or child care facility to maintain policies on premises of each entity & be available for inspection. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
