Enhanced Safety for School Crossings; Requiring the Department of Transportation to evaluate the viability and cost of a uniform system of high-visibility markings and signage for designation of safe school crossings, subject to certain requirements; authorizing the department to consider in its evaluation implementation of new technology or innovations that enhance pedestrian and crosswalk visibility, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
