Florida Black Bears; Creating the "Florida Black Bear Habitat Restoration Act"; requiring the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Department of Environmental Protection to coordinate certain duties and responsibilities to protect Florida black bears and to preserve their habitat; requiring burn schedules for state forests and parks containing Florida black bear habitat to be adjusted to meet certain conditions, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
