Summary
Representation by the Public Counsel: Authorizes Public Counsel to provide representation in proceedings of certain government utilities; authorizes Public Counsel to represent residential ratepayers in rate proceedings before PSC determining rate structure; authorizes Public Counsel to represent customers living outside jurisdictional boundaries of local government utility in certain ratesetting proceedings. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
