Language Requirements for State Agency Websites and Advertisements: Requires specified information to be published in Spanish on state agency websites; requires state agencies, when advertising in language-diverse counties, to disseminate public advertisements in languages other than English through specified media outlets in specified manner; exempts legal advertisements; requires EDR to publish list of language-diverse counties in state on its website. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
