Search Warrants: Expands grounds for issuance of search warrant to include blood if it is evidence relevant to misdemeanor DUI; provides that specified rights or privileges do not preclude search warrant for blood in DUI case; authorizes search warrant for blood in misdemeanor DUI case only after refusal to submit to required breath/urine/blood testing. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
