Public Records/Division of Investigative and Forensic Services of the Department of Financial Services; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for certain information held by the Division of Investigative and Forensic Services of the Department of Financial Services, or the department, relating to insurer anti-fraud plans, descriptions, contracts, related documents, anti-fraud statistics, and information reported by insurers writing workers’ compensation insurance; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc. Effective Date: On the same date that CS/SB 1012 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
