Summary
Assisted Living Facility Employee Certification: Requires AHCA to approve credentialing entities to develop & administer certification program for ALF employees; requires background screening of ALF employees; provides for denial, suspension, or revocation of certification; directs agency to approve at least one credentialing entity by specified date to develop & administer certification program. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
