Summary
Health Insurance: Deletes provision that provides that health maintenance organizations are not vicariously liable for certain medical negligence except under certain circumstances; authorizes specified persons to bring civil action against health maintenance organization for certain violations; specifying health maintenance organization’s liability for such violations. Effective Date: October 1, 2017
