Aged Prison Inmates; Authorizing defendants 65 years of age or older who receive favorable determinations from the commission under discretionary and revocable release programs to serve less than 85 percentage of their sentences; requiring the Florida Commission on Offender Review, in conjunction with the department, to establish a supervised conditional elderly release program; authorizing the commission to approve an inmate’s participation in the program under certain circumstances, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
