HB 569 Medical Records (2017 Session)
Medical Records: Revises provisions relating to reproduction of patient reports or records by hospital, ambulatory surgical center, mobile surgical facility, health care practitioner, records owner, or business operating on behalf of such practitioner or records owner; provides that cost of reproduction may not exceed certain specified costs; authorizes schedule of costs for labor; removes rulemaking authority of board or department to determine costs of record reproduction. Effective Date: upon becoming a law
