Controlled Substance Prescribing: Revising requirements for reporting the dispensing of controlled substances; limiting an exception to reporting requirements for certain facilities that dispense controlled substances; authorizing certain employees of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs access to certain information in the prescription drug monitoring program database, etc. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
