Medical Faculty and Medical Assistant Certification; Requiring the Department of Health to process certain applications for a temporary certificate using a personal identification number in lieu of a social security number under specified circumstances; revising the circumstances under which a visiting physician may be issued a temporary certificate to obtain limited medical privileges for instructional purposes; revising the list of institutions at which certain faculty members are eligible to receive a medical faculty certificate; revising qualifications for employment as a medical assistant in a multiphasic health testing center, etc. Effective Date: 7/1/2017
