Termination of Pregnancies: Creates cause of action for physical & emotional injury resulting from termination of pregnancy; provides cause of action is not exclusive remedy; provides that laws on medical malpractice actions are not applicable to this cause of action; provides statutes of limitations & repose; provides for tolling of limitations periods; authorizes award of attorney fees & costs to prevailing plaintiff. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
