Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Materials Certification: Provides requirements for use of professional titles & abbreviations by certified dangerous goods professionals, hazardous materials managers, & hazardous materials practitioners; provides that violation of such requirements is deceptive & unfair trade practice & violation of Florida Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
