Career Development for Officers and Firefighters: Requires state agencies to establish career development plan for certain purposes; specifies circumstances under which salary increases must be awarded to officers & firefighters; prescribes duties to state agencies with respect to plan implementation; specifies eligibility criteria; restricts number of officers & firefighters who may qualify for each level. Effective Date: July 1, 2017
